Ebilling

You can sign up to receive your Council Tax bill by email through our online self-service facility. Log on to your online account, select the account you wish to sign up for electronic billing and click on the link 'e-billing sign up' on the account summary page. You can also use this facility to update your email address or revert to paper billing.

Important Notice: If you have an account and want to switch to e-billing, log in via the link Spelthorne, then select 'Add Account' to link your council tax account number (You will need your council tax reference number to complete this process). This will allow you sign-up to e-billing, check balances, and more.
