Missed collections

Report a missed collection

Please allow until 2pm for your bins to be emptied and check that:

• your bins were kerbside by 6am
• the lids were firmly closed
• it was the right collection day/bin (check Find your collection day or the  Recycling Collection Calendar)
• the recycling bin did not contain plastic bags/film, lunch boxes, toys, food or garden waste (see recycling)

If you think your bin has been accidentally missed, contact us within one working day by completing the online form or contacting Customer Services. Either we will return to collect your bin or you will need to wait until your next scheduled collection.
