Laleham park run route

The start of the 

 can be found by accessing Laleham Park Riverside Car Park on Thames Side. There is a sign at the start of the route which can be found on the fence which runs along the back of the campsite.

The route is 5k in length which comprises two 2.5k laps. The distance is based on running around the circumference of the park and is marked using discs mounted on wooden posts.

Please take care when running and be considerate to other park users.
