• handling media enquiries from local, regional and national newspapers, television and radio stations
• issuing news releases
• providing professional help and advice to senior officers and councillors
• social media platforms
• managing a wide range of marketing campaigns
• maintaining the website
• graphic design
• producing the Council's main publications including the Bulletin
• eNewsletter
• advertising
• corporate publications
• photography
• brand development
• campaigns and consultations
• internal communications
• noticeboards
• Mayoral events
