Noticeboards

We have 21 noticeboards in the Borough: Ashford (x5), Laleham (x1), Shepperton (x2) Staines-upon-Thames (x4), Stanwell (x3), Stanwell Moor (x1) and Sunbury (x5).

If you would like to advertise your event in the noticeboards please send your posters to the Communications Team, Council Offices, Knowle Green, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 1XB or leave them at Main Reception. If you need to contact us please call 01784 446370.

To advertise your event you must meet the following criteria

• be a non profit making charitable organisation
• send posters in to the Council at least two weeks before the event
• preferably A4 portrait sized posters

Council-related posters take priority and other posters will be displayed only if there is room.  They will be on display no more than two weeks before the date of the event.

As this is a free service we are unable to guarantee that your poster will appear but we will make every effort to try.
