Making A Complaint Against A Councillor

Under the Code of Conduct, the Council has agreed arrangements for dealing with allegations of misconduct by councillors.  The arrangements set out the procedure for making a complaint against a borough councillor.

If you wish to make a complaint about a councillor please either:

• submit an online form
• or Write to the Monitoring Officer at the address below
• or Email monitoringofficer@spelthorne.gov.uk 

Please indicate in your complaint how the Code of Conduct has been breached.
