Authority monitoring report

The Authority Monitoring Report (previously Planning Monitoring Report) is produced annually and sets out the Council's progress on plan preparation and assesses the effectiveness of the policies and objectives contained in the Core Strategy and Policies DPD.  It includes a range of statistics on housing and commercial development over the past year as well as information on the performance of the planning service.
