Spelthorne Leisure Centre - Sundays 9:45am, Wednesdays 6-7pm and 7-8pm. Sunbury Leisure Centre - Friday 7pm, Saturday 10:30am. With classes throughout the whole week, our experienced instructors offer martial arts for everyone, at all ages and levels. We have some of the best instructors in the UK. Junior students will benefit in discipline, focus, mindfulness and health. Adult classes are great for self defence, fitness, confidence and weight loss. Come and join the Shentie team. |
