The Housing Options reception is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 9am-4pm and Wednesday: 1-4pm. On Fridays, the service operates remotely

New Customers wanting  to access the service should call 01784 446380 or email HousingAdvice HousingAdvice@spelthorne.gov.uk. Partner Agencies can also use the Duty to Refer mechanism.
