Council Office opening hours

The Council Offices are open from 9am to 5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am to 12 noon Friday.

Housing Options will be open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 9am - 4pm and Wednesday: 1pm - 4pm. On Fridays, the service will operate remotely.

Collecting food waste bins or caddies

Please call our Neighbourhood Services team at 01784 446411 to request for a food waste bin to be delivered during the bin collection timing. Our waste collection team will be happy to drop off a bin by your curb.

Microfiche viewing or printing

• please check the website for information/documents and if it is not available, informed it may be held on microfiche
• contact Customer Services directly, in writing, to arrange an appointment to view the microfiche. Identify specific application prior to attending the appointment

A fee has to be paid if copies of the microfiche are required. The copies will be sent by post after the appointment
