To support efficient processing, Spelthorne Borough Council encourages applicants to submit planning applications via an online method wherever possible.
Where online submission is not feasible, Spelthorne Borough Council will accept applications by alternative means.
The following administration charges apply to non‑online submissions, reflecting the additional discretionary service of uploading your application
into our system which involves additional scanning and manual inputting.
- Email submissions — An administration fee of £75 will be applied.
- Hard copy submissions — An administration fee of £100 will be applied.
Please note this is not a charge for validation.
These charges help cover the extra time and resources involved when applications come in outside the usual digital routes.
