Planning Public Access - Gives you a direct link to the Council's Planning Applications Online facility which holds information on planning applications.

Planning constraints - Allows you to check whether there are any constraints associated with a property or site, eg Green Belt, flood risk, Tree Preservation Orders, Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings, etc

Planning Enforcement On-line - Gives you a direct link to the Council's Planning Enforcement Register which holds details of enforcement notices served.

Planning Appeals Online - Allows you to find out information on appeals against planning decisions.

Planning Portal - Link to Planning Portal website to submit planning applications online.

Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities - Gives you direct access to the website of the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and various documents and information including the governments national planning guidance.

Environment Agency - Link to the Agency website including flood maps where you can identify your property by inputting your postcode.

Planning Aid - Planning Aid provides free, independent and professional help, advice and support on planning issues to people and communities who cannot afford to hire a planning consultant. Planning Aid complements the work of local authorities but is wholly independent of them.
