Use this form if your problem involves eviction or the risk of eviction, or if your landlord is behaving in a way that puts your housing at risk.

This includes situations such as:

  • Being served an eviction notice
  • Being told to leave your home
  • Being locked out or having the locks changed
  • Harassment, threats, or pressure from your landlord to leave
  • Your belongings being removed or access being restricted

These situations can be urgent, so this form asks more detailed questions to help us understand what’s happening and what action may be needed.
