Housing delivery test action plan 2022

The result for Spelthorne Borough Council was published by the Secretary of State in January 2022. Spelthorne Borough Council scored 69%. As a result, a Housing Delivery Test Action Plan has been prepared to positively respond to the challenge of increasing its housing delivery. The Action Plan analyses possible reasons for the under-delivery of new homes, assesses what action has already been taken to address this and sets out actions to improve housing delivery within the Borough.
