Local Development Scheme - LDS

The LDS sets out a list of all the planning documents that the Council intends to produce and the programme for their preparation and review.  The LDS enables individuals, organisations and businesses to find out what is proposed and when consultations will take place.

LDS update - December 2024

The LDS update sets out a revised work programme to produce Spelthorne's emerging Local Plan and other Planning Policy documents. It was approved by the Council's Environment and Sustainability Committee on 3 December 2024.  The Appendices at the end of the document contain the actual timetable.
