Talking Therapies Surrey provide free and confidential psychological support to people over 17 years who are experiencing feelings of stress, low mood, anxiety or depression. They offer short courses of individual or group therapy treatments which are delivered by fully trained, IAPT approved practitioners either online, by phone or video call or in-person.

Resources including advice from mental health professionals and actionable tips on how to prioritise your wellbeing.
Healthy Surrey - mental wellbeing
A list of resources and links for both adult and child mental health services.
Provides talking therapies to anyone over 17 registered with a GP in Surrey experiencing common mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and stress. Self referral can be made through their website. Currently offering both group and individual therapy sessions over telephone and Skype, as well as online CBT sessions through SilverCloud. Mary Frances Trust

Stay Alive App
Mobile app which provides support for people who are having thoughts of suicide or are concerned about someone in a mental health crisis. Includes links to local and national crisis services, tips and strategies for when you're feeling overwhelmed, and customizable safety plans including space for photos and memories to help when you're in crisis.
Brigitte Trust
Provides free emotional support and practical help from trained volunteers. Surrey Virtual Wellbeing
A directory of online courses, classes and meetups from organisations across Surrey, including Mary Frances Trust, Surrey Coalition for Disabled People and Oakleaf.
