Visiting The Council Offices

By car

From the M25 exit at Junction 13 and follow directions for Staines-upon-Thames, the Council Offices are clearly signposted. Parking is free for up to two hours, you will need to collect a parking badge from reception on arrival.

By rail

Staines Station is located on the Waterloo-Reading line and is a few minutes walk from the Council Offices. For information on train times visit National Rail Enquiries.

By bus

There is a bus stop near the Council Offices and the 117 (Staines-upon-Thames to West Middlesex Hospital), 290 (Staines-upon-Thames to Twickenham) and 517 (Staines-upon-Thames to Halliford) stop there at regular intervals. On arrival

All visitors should report to main reception. There is disabled access and lifts to all floors.

Security

All visitors are required to complete the visitors' book on arrival and when leaving the building. Visitor identification badges will be issued and must be worn at all times.

Visitors parking

Please park in the visitors' car park at the front of the building. You will need to get a permit from reception.

Cycle parking

This is situated to the right of the main entrance to the building.

Smoking

The Council Offices are non-smoking.
