Information Academic yearly tuition in prepaid in advance in 10-12 week terms. Adult Students / Parent of Children Students are required to complete a contract which renews term to term. Live DBS online checked. MMus, BMus (Hons), LTCL classical professional musician and tutor with over 21 years teaching experience. Students aged 12-18 years and over 18 years only. One accompanying adult permitted onsite for under 18's. 1-1 lessons in 30Mins for £20, £28 for 40 Mins, £30 for 45 Mins, £40 for 60 Mins or £58 for 90 minutes. Fellow Member of Incorporated Society of Musicians. Online learning available too. Graded exams distinction pass rate with UK exam boards. UK Popular and Classical Syllabus's used. Sax Bandits is an all-saxophone band for adults, playing your favourite rock and pop songs! Suitable for beginners, learners and returners, meet like-minded saxophonists in a friendly and relaxed environment who want to play for fun. Thursdays 7:15-8.45pm. A friendly community choir, led by a professional Musical Director. We hold no auditions and anyone 18+yrs is welcome to join us, whatever their singing prowess. Free taster session available.

Information A non-contesting brass band that concentrates on performing quality concerts within and beyond Spelthorne, often fund-raising for local charities (contact us if you are interested in how we can  help you fundraise). Rehearsals are every Tuesday 8-10pm.  We welcome new members of all ages and abilities, please contact us or come along to see us on a Tuesday evening.

Information

A cappella (barbershop) ladies choir always keen to welcome new members. We meet Wednesdays, 7.45-9.15pm. There is a subscription paid monthly. In addition there is a yearly association fee per chorus member of approx £40 to LABBS (Ladies Association of British Barbershop singers). We learn barbershop songs in addition to more popular music such as Thank You for the Music, Under the Boardwalk, Bohemian Rhapsody, Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend, With a Little Help from my Friends (Beatles) and Somewhere (West Side Story). There is no requirement to read music - audio learning is available. Open to all ages. We encourage ladies to come along to any Wednesday evening rehearsal to see if they would like to join the chorus.
