| Information | We meet at the Methodist Church Hall, Thames Street, on 1st Thursday of each month at 2.30pm(except August and December when we have alternative arrangements). Annual subscription £15 and £1 tea money on the door. We are a small but lively group of retired people who get together to listen to a speaker and have tea and biscuits and a natter. Anyone of retirement age is welcome to join us. We would love to see you. |

| Information | The Spelthorne Shed is a place where people can come to work on their projects and handicrafts. We provide a workshop with woodworking and metalworking tools and machinery. Being an area with heavy-duty machines, it is essential that members are able-bodied and able to work independently. We predominantly have male members who in the main are retired. But anyone with an interest in woodworking, metalworking or electronics is welcome. The shed is open Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10am and 4pm. We charge a small membership fee to cover consumable costs and to provide the tea and biscuits! |
