Cycling for Health

Improve your health by taking up cycling.

This scheme is free and aimed at adults, offering guided rides of around 5-12 miles during the week.

All rides are led by trained volunteers and if there is a café or pub nearby, the group often stops for a drink and a chat after the ride. Everyone welcome!

Hard copies are also available from the Council Offices, leisure centres and Spelthorne libraries.
