Spelthorne's Community Safety Team strongly supports the use of mediation between parties to resolve different types of nuisance.
Some neighbourhood disputes however are noise based and these can be investigated by our Environmental Health Department. Noise nuisance can include loud music, do-it-yourself and dogs barking. For more detailed information please see the Council's noise pages.
