If you are registered blind or have severe walking difficulties you may be entitled to a Blue Badge. Surrey County Council administer the scheme for Surrey residents. The cost of a Blue Badge is £10 and it is normally valid for three years. There is a parking charge for Blue Badge holders in our car parks.
