Parking enforcement

Spelthorne Council is responsible for civil enforcement solely in its regulated car parks, as detailed in our Parking Order. Civil enforcement on the public highway in Spelthorne is the responsibility of Surrey County Council, who have outsourced that service to a private company from 01/04/2023.
