How the collection service works

Collections are every two weeks (excluding Christmas and January). Your wheelie bin needs to be placed kerbside by 6am on the day of your collection. Only garden waste contained in the wheelie bin will be collected.

Missed collections

Missed or assisted bin collections.

What happens to my garden waste?

It is taken to Trumps Farm in Chertsey where it is broken down into compost. This compost then goes to local farms in the area.

Compost bins

Composting your uncooked food and garden waste at home is a great way to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill and provides you with free soil conditioner. Visit our composting page for more information.
