Privacy Notice - Housing Options Clients Survey 2024

Spelthorne Borough Council will be collecting limited personal details which you provide in the Housing Options Clients Survey 2024.

In order to comply with the Data Protection Act and UK General Data Protection Regulation, Spelthorne Borough Council must provide you with the following information about the personal data you give to us:

• The purpose of the Housing Options Client Survey is to understand what clients think of the Housing Options service to inform the new Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy (2025 - 2030).
• The Council can process your personal information because it has a public task duty to undertake the survey.
• The Council will keep your personal data until 1 month after the publication date of the following Strategy, this is currently due in April 2030.
