North West Surrey Health and Care Alliance is a partnership comprising local health, social care, voluntary sector, and Council professionals who have come together to help improve the health, wellbeing, and life chances of local people.

It is essential that we hear from the local community in Spelthorne about their experience of life in this area to help us identify ways of achieving our goals.
In order to comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation, Spelthorne Borough Council must provide you with the following information about the personal data you give to us or we receive via third parties.
We need your personal data such as whom you represent including the first part of your postcode, your age group, ethnicity, and gender. We will require limited information about your disability to gain insight into which services we should offer within the Borough.
We will use the information to evaluate the data provided to ensure that the priority of residents is clear and feeds into future health strategies. We will publish a report from the data we collect. These reports will not contain any of your personal information.
The lawful basis we rely on to process your personal data is article 6(1)(e) of the UK GDPR, which allows us to process personal data when this is necessary for the performance of a task carried in the public interest.
If the information you provide us or we receive in relation to the consultation contains special category data, such as health, religious or ethnic information the lawful basis we rely on to process it is article 9(2)(g) of the UK GDPR, where processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest. As we are allocating funds for public services, we believe this processing of personal data is of substantial public interest.
We do not share your personal information with anyone outside Spelthorne Borough Council.
