Trees in conservation areas

The following is a list of the eight conservation areas in Spelthorne with a general description of the areas they cover. You can also view maps of each conservation area and check to see if your street or property is included within the areas. If your tree is in a conservation area and you require further information about how to apply for permission to carry out work to the tree please contact Development Control.

Area
Laleham	Much of the main part of the village.
Lower Halliford	Most of Russell Road, top part of Walton Lane and adjoining areas.
Lower Sunbury	A large part of Lower Sunbury from Fordbridge Road/Green Street to French Street/Lower Hampton Road.
Manygate Lane Estate	All of this estate.
Shepperton	The area around Church Square, Chertsey Road and Church Road.
Staines	A large part of the west side of the town centre from Market Square to Moor Lane/Church Street (west).
Stanwell	Large part of the centre of the old village.
Upper Halliford	A large part of the village.
